What you'll do
  • You will report to Software DevOps Engineer Lead to contribute to developing an understanding of cloud operations handles all production deployments of our developed software and supports the services that run on that software. We strive to keep operational costs down while keeping our services up.
  • You will provide support to customers
  • You will work with the Tech Ops team to support our cloud environments and services
  • Support the development teams in their daily usage of our cloud platform
  • You will create documentation that the software needs
  • Take an on-call shift for production support out of business hours with a normal rotation.
You should have

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering-related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in English in a business environment
  • Minimum 4 years of experience to support a Saas/PaaS platform
  • Proficiency in Cloud environments AWS, AZURE, or Google Cloud
  • Experience supporting databases PSQL or MYSQL
  • Proficiency with support tickets and development task applications
  • Experience working with Node, JavaScript, Python, and Terraform
